Gene was born in Atlanta, GA on October 7, 1953, son of Eugene Strong Morrow and Mary Elizabeth Clark.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife; Deborah Morrow of Riverdale, GA, daughter and son-in-law; Elizabeth and Keith Reid of Jonesboro, GA, daughter and son-in-law; Melissa and Ryan Sullivan of Spokane, MO and grandson; Lucas Sullivan of Spokane, MO.
