She was born June 22, 1945 to Jack and Agnolia Turner of Decatur, Georgia.
Dorothy attended Price High school.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, auntie and friend.
Dorothy loved spending time joking, watching Perry Mason, playing cards, playing bingo, playing lottery scratch offs, dancing, playing music, cooking, playing video games, reading her bible, and talking with family and friends.
Dorothy was the most kind hearted person you could meet. She would give you her last. She loved God and she loved peace. Her favorite statement was “Peace Be Still”
Dorothy would help anyone and every child in the neighborhood became her child. Once you met Dorothy, the two of you would be friends for life.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her grandparents; Mr and Mrs H. Garlington, parents; Jack and Agnolia Turner, husband; Troy McCrimon, granddaughter; Trinity Brooks, grandson; Deonta Callahan, great-grand daughter; Diamond Walker, brothers; Jack Turner and Alonzo Turner, sisters; Marcia Woodruff and Peggy Chapman.
Dorothy leaves to treasure her memories two daughters; Kathy (Kenneth) Williams and Sanetria McCrimon, six sons; Rundallas Walker, Reginald (Jennifer)Walker, Gerry (LaShawn) McCrimon, Kerry McCrimon, Troy (Keshmekan) McCrimon and Tommy (Nikita) McCrimon, two brothers; Edward (Karen) Turner and Gill Turner, one sister; Connie Turner, 41 grandchildren, 61 great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends. Dorothy will be missed by many.
