My Friend,
  I can still hear your voice, chuckle and sharp wit, as well as see your bright smiling face.  I missed you at deer camp last fall, as I have so often since you left us.  We experienced and shared much in our 25+ years of friendship, which have provided me with many memories.
  May you rest in peace.

Ron my good friend and hunting/woodcutting buddy.  You would give the appearance of being “tough as nails” (I know you could be if or when necessary), but had a big heart on the inside - along with a great sense of humor.
