Robert "Bob" Daniel Litchfield Sr.

Robert “Bob” Daniel Litchfield Sr., 87, of Johnstown, Ohio passed away Friday, December 15, 2023 at his residence surrounded by family and loved ones. He was born November 30, 1936 in Grove City, Ohio to the late Cora and George Litchfield. Bob was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. He was hard working man and had a caring heart, always willing to lend a helping hand. In his free time he would enjoy going camping, traveling, hunting, fishing, and wood working. Bob is survived by his beloved sons, Robert “Bob” (Pam) Litchfield Jr. and Bradley (Toniea) Litchfield; granddaughters, Heather Hastings, Kristen (Brandon) Burch, and Berlynn (Tyler Evans) Litchfield; great-grandchildren, Destiny Zane, Gavin Litchfield, Charli Evans, and Addelyn Evans; sister-in-law, Judy Tomlinson; special friend, Bev Buttermore; and a host of other family, friends, and loved ones. In addition to his parents, Bob is preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Linda Litchfield; and brothers, Jack Smith and George Litchfield. Family and friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at Crouse-Kauber-Fraley Funeral Home 225 N. Main St., Johnstown, OH 43031. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 21, 2023 at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Green Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Bob’s name to the American Legion Post 254, 180 W Maple St, Johnstown, OH 43031.
