Norma Gail Rowe, 74, of Johnstown, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2017 from a lengthy illness. She was born in Swords Creek, VA, on October 3, 1942, a daughter to the late Robie and Audrey (Tuggle) Dye. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald Rowe; daughter, Rebecca Priest; brother, Ricky Dye and sisters, Betty Dotson and Mary Sue McKinney. Norma is survived by her grandsons, Jeremy Zieschang and Kyle (Stephanie) Zieschang; granddaughter, Katrina (Teddy) Torres; great-grandchildren, Natalie Zieschang, Cheyenne Torres and Summer Torres and sisters, Loretta Mears, Donna Walsh, Cathy Blankenship and Rita Harmon. Norma was a very loving and generous person. She will be missed by many. To know her was to love her and she will be remembered for her willingness to help whenever she was needed. Friends may call from 4-6 p.m. on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at CROUSE-KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 225 N. Main St., Johnstown, OH 43031. Following the family’s wishes cremation will follow.
