Mary Martin

Mary was born on June 12, 1930 in Wheeling, W VA to the late John Henry and Catherine (Hutkay) Suckle.

Mary retired from Tech Rubber International. She loved all types of music, movies and collected Christmas ornaments and bells. Most of all, she was a devoted mother, grand- mother, and great-grandmother to her family.

Mary is preceded in death by her brothers John Beard and Bob Suckle. She is survived by her daughters Linda (Don) Sanford and Deb Freed, sons Randy (Allison) Martin, John Martin and Scott Martin, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sisters Virginia Ferrel of Wintersville and Betty Weckerley of Wheeling, numerous nieces and nephews, and her special friend Lek Burrell.

Friends may call at the Crouse Kauber Sammons Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A graveside service will be held on Thursday August 7, 2014 at Green Hill Cemetery An online memorial will be at www.cksammons.com. In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute to the American Diabetes Association in Mary’s memory.
