Linda Mattes

Linda Lou Mattes, age 82, of Johnstown, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 in Sunbury, Ohio. She was born November 26, 1940 in Kentucky to the late Helen and Bruce Lyons. Linda is survived by her beloved daughter, Rhonda Deeds; grandchildren, Brian Caudill, Reagan Deeds, Jolinda (Jonathan) Wesley, Monty (Theresa) Evans, Joshua (Mindy) Evans, and Shawn Michels; great-grandson Jackson who always made Linda light up when he’d visit; numerous other grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews, Michelle, Chris, and B.B. Lyons; dog, Pepe; and a host of other family, friends, and loved ones. In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her children, Mary Michels, Joe Caudill, and Brian Caudill; and siblings, Carol, Ben and Bruce Lyons. Family and friends may call from 12-2pm Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Crouse-Kauber-Fraley Funeral 225 N. Main St. Johnstown, OH 43031. A funeral service will immediately follow the calling hours at 2pm. Interment will be held at a later date at Green Hill Cemetery.
