Daniel Jacob Jordan, 38, of Johnstown, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at St. Ann’s Hospital. He was born on May 15, 1978 in Olean, NY, a son to Leon and Donna (Smith) Jordan. In addition to his parents, Daniel is also survived by his son, Camden; four brothers, Jeff (Renee), Kevin, Mark (Carmela) and Mike; nieces and nephews, Julia, Emily, Andrew, Conner, Cohen and Mila; aunts and uncles, Steve (Diane), Jeff (Candace), Doug (Anne), Scott (Wendy) and Joellen (Oscar); former wife and childhood sweetheart, Jen Gravley and many cousins. Friends may call from 4-6 p.m. on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at CROUSE-KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 225 N. Main St., Johnstown, OH 43031. Funeral service will be at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Following the services family wishes are cremation.
