Miriam Miller Judy, age 85, formerly of Johnson City, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at the Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House at St. Bernards in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born in Elizabethtown, PA, a daughter of the late Wesley and Anna Espenshade. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Raymond Harvey Judy; her father and mother-in-law, Herbert B. and Goldie V. Judy; brother-in-law, Richard Judy; and Peg Judy sister-in-law. She was the last surviving of 13 children.
Miriam was married on August 31, 1961 in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania at St. Paul’s Church. She graduated with a Bachelors in Education from East Tennessee State University and was a teacher having served twenty-three years at Lamar in Washington County, TN.
She is survived by one son, Todd Judy of Jonesboro, AR; Keith Pace of Jonesboro AR and many nephews and nieces.
A Committal Service and Interment will be held Friday, December 6 , 2024 at 2:00 PM in the Garden of Peace at Monte Vista Memorial Park with Pastor Adam Crabtree officiating.
