Mr. Larry Wayne Johnson

Larry Wayne Johnson, age 58, of Johnson City, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at his residence. He was born in Johnson City, TN a son of the late John Alfred and Myrtle Grace Sells Johnson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters.

He was a member of The Way of The Cross Baptist Church. He loved working on cars and lawnmowers.

He is survived by his girlfriend, Doris Harvey; one son, Matt Johnson; one daughter, Amy Johnson; one grandson, Brandon Johnson; five brothers, Jerry Johnson, David Johnson and wife Jackie, Jessee Johnson, Robert Johnson and Johnny Johnson; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 from 12:00PM until 1:00PM at Monte Vista Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00PM with Pastor Larry Chase officiating. Entombment will follow at Monte Vista Memorial Park.
