Joyce Maxine Carroll, 73, of Johnson City, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at the Johnson City Medical Center. She was born in Johnson City, Tennessee, a daughter of the late Arthur and Garnett Coker McCurry.
Mrs. Carroll attended University High School, was a well-known cosmetologist in the Johnson City area and a member of Faith Fellowship Church.
She is survived by her three sons, Mack Kelley, Ron Kelley, and Buck Garland; six grandchildren, Ronni, Zack, Chandler, Nicholas, Buck Jr. and James; one great grandson, Nickey; one brother, Nickey McCurry; and several nieces and nephews.
At her request, there will be no formal services held.
