Jonathan Evan Widener, age 38, of Johnson City, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was born in Johnson City, TN a son of Nathan David Widener and Myoka Bolton Widener. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, James H. Widener; and his maternal grandparents, N.C. and Frances Bolton.
Jonathan graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He loved computers and anything technical. He also had a love for animals.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother, Nathan David Widener, II; his paternal grandmother, Hersel Widener; and his dog, Thor.
A Private Committal and Interment service will be held in the Garden of the Last Supper at Monte Vista Memorial Park with Pastor Carla Kidd officiating.
The family of Mr. Jonathan Evan Widener is in the care of Monte Vista Funeral Home & Memorial Park.
