John Anthony Palmeri, age 51, of Johnson City, Tennessee, formerly of Weirton,West Virginia, passed away on Friday, July 28, 2023 his family by his side. John fought a courageous battle with cancer.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Michael and Cielia Spinella; father and mother-in-law: Gene and Joann Groves and a sister-in-law: Donna Groves.
John is survived by his wife: Connie Palmeri; daughter: Kaylie Palmeri, mother: Josephine Palmeri, uncle: Bert Spinella and brothers: Cono (Lisa) Palmeri, Mike (Meshelle) Palmeri and Vince Palmeri. 8 nieces and nephews and seven great nieces and nephews, and his beloved cat Jax "Boo Boo" Palmeri.
John was employed at Matheson Tri-Gas as a propane delivery driver, before that, he worked at Atlas Gas for twenty years.
Per his wishes, he will be cremated and his family will have a service at a later date.
