Jeffrey Scott Lovelace, age 61, of Elizabethton, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at his residence. He was born in Johnson City, Tennessee, a son of the late Thomas Lovelace and Lillian Faye Minton Lovelace.
He was a member of Southside Christian Church in Elizabethton and worked as a Press Operator at Polymer Industries. He enjoyed fishing, was a Nascar fan especially of Kyle Busch, working in the yard, and was an avid University of Tennessee fan.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Robin Lovelace; four children, Rustie Crowe and husband Tim Jr., Noah Lovelace, Chris Lovelace, and Whitney Lovelace; two grandchildren who were the apples of his eyes, Makaylah and Jaykob Crowe; one brother and sister-in-law, Greg Lovelace and wife Ruth; one sister and brother-in-law, Angie Halcomb and husband Sammie; two brothers-in-law, Lewis Johnson and Thomas Johnson; his cat, Tobi; and several nieces and nephews.
A Private Committal Service and Interment will be held in Section 13 at Monte Vista Memorial Park with Minister Mike Koruschak officiating. Pallbearers will be members of the Appalachian Warriors LEMC.
The family would like to extend their thanks to the Appalachian Warriors LEMC for all the love and care that was shown.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask for donations to be made to the funeral home to help offset funeral expenses.
