Birdie Elaine Campbell, age 72, of Bristol, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at Holston Valley Medical Center. She was born in Bristol, Tennessee, a daughter of the late George and Mollie Barrett Sheppard. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Samuel Campbell.
She was of the Baptist faith, was a clerk at Food City on the Volunteer Parkway in Bristol, TN, and loved her dogs.
She is survived by two grandsons, Arron Campbell and wife Noelle, and Christopher Campbell; and one special friend, Shirley Mills.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
The family of Mrs. Campbell is in the care of Monte Vista Funeral Home & Memorial Park.
