Robert Heggie

Robert was born in Sea Cliff, NY and moved to Stuart 47 years ago coming from Long Island, NY. Robert worked as a program planner for Grumman Aerospace for over 30 years in Stuart, FL.

He loved Department 56, he was an avid golfer and was a loyal NY Mets fan. He also enjoyed woodworking Robert served in the Army during the Korean War.

Robert was predeceased in death by his wife Virginia Heggie and daughter Sharon Ann Wells.

Survivors include son, Robert Scott Heggie of Stuart, FL, one grandchild Hayley Wells of Tamarac, FL and companion Elsie Conroy of Jensen Beach, FL.

Viewing will be on Monday January 2, 2017, from 5:00 to 8:00 at Aycock Funeral Home, 950 NE Jensen Beach Blvd, Jensen Beach, FL 34957. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church, 2330 SE Mariposa, Port St Lucie, FL 34985 at 10:00AM on Tuesday January 3, 2017. Burial will follow at All Saints Cemetery, 2303 NE Seaview Drive, Jensen Beach, FL 34957.
