Kathy, Everyday I think of you.  I miss you so much my heart aches.  I cant believe it's almost a year and it's been the worst year without you.  I miss you, I miss Nic and Puppy and Emma.  I try to think of all the fun we had together, all the long talks on the phone for hours and hours!!!! The only thing I know for sure is that you made this world a much better place and I know I was lucky to have you, such a good friend, such a great person. XOXOX

I can't believe its almost been a year... I miss you so much. The pain of knowing you're really gone is unbearable. I can't believe it. I normally don't. But when I stop and think about it, I realize that ill never see you again. Never hear your voice, or feel your embrace that only a mother could give. I've been so lost this past year. Like I've been living in some sort of nightmarish dream world. I will never forget you despite how short our time was compared to what it should've been. To think that you couldn't be there for my graduation or my 18th birthday. Or that you'll miss everything else that I haven't yet achieved. It hurts so bad especially when I need your help. I love you and I always will

I miss you everyday Kathy, you were the best friend anyone could ask for.  I was blessed to have you in my life for 13 years, I hold you in my heart for always.

God speed Ms. Kat. I regret not making it down there in July. We always think there will be another day and sometimes there just isn't. Thanks for being my friend.

I had the pleasure of going to high school with Kathy.  She was a wonderfully sweet person. I was so sorry to hear of her passing away. May God Bless her and her family. May your memories give you comfort and may God give you all the strength to get through this difficult time.  Please know that she will not be forgotten and will remain forever in our hearts.

It saddens me to hear about Kathy's passing.  I was a classmate of hers since our early days at Immaculate in Hialeah.   May God bring you peace. You will always have joy of having her in your life, if only for a short time.

I met Kathy in High School and we became great friends.  She was a cool, beautiful, fun loving person.  I am deeply saddened by the news of her passing.  I will always remember you Kathy and the fun times we shared.  God Bless You.

Kathy and I would often leave a random "thought of the week" with each other and I'd like to share the last one she gave me in July.

I wish she didn't have to leave us so soon, but the Lord has a reason for everything.  We're all going to miss her dearly. I'm so glad to have had the chance to know her and have her as a friend.

You were all so important to her and she spoke of you so often that I feel I've known you all along.  Nick, please remember that you ARE your mom's world. She loves you with the ferocity of a mama panda, Man-Cub!

If you're reading this, I'm incredibly sorry. For a long time, you were my best friend. Now we've drifted so far apart that I learned of your mom's passing hours after her funeral. I want you to know that my family and I are always here for you. I'll talk to you in person soon. You're in my prayers.

To all of Cathy's beloved family & friends, I also had the pleasure of working with Cathy for 5 yrs @ SLSC. Cathy was a lady who was a pleasure to all, a woman of class. God Bless you all & may he give you strength & faith that she is always in your hearts & souls. Talk to her for she is always hearing you. My deepest condolences.

Dear Nick and Family,
So many people are greatly saddened by Kathy leaving this earthly life before any of us were ready to see her go.  Her great love for you, Nick, is what will be first and foremost in my memory of her.  You were here world no matter what and she knew how much you loved her.  I'll remember her wit, intelligence, laugh and the special place in her soul for animals, especially her dogs Emma and Puppy.  They will miss her also.  We will meet again, just not yet.  Be strong and may God give you peace and whatever else you may need in the days ahead.

Kathy was my best friend.  The times I spent with Kathy were the best times of my life.  She was always there for me when I needed her.  She was so sweet, laid back and quiet- until we got together either on the phone or in person.  We would laugh and joke until we cried. We have been through it all - the good - and - the bad.  I can't believe she is gone.
Nick, I hope you know how much your mother loved you - I remember the day she told me she was pregnant with you (it seems like yesterday).  You brought such great joy (and adventure!) to her life.  She will always be by your side - please make her proud.

KATHY AND I WORKED TOGETHER AT THE ST. LUCIE SURGERY CENTER. WE WERE CLOSE FRIENDS AND I HAVE WONDERFUL MEMORIES OF THE TIMES WE SPENT TOGETHER BOTH AT WORK AND AFTER. SHE WAS SO PROUD OF NICK, HE IS A FINE YOUN MAN. MY PRAYERS ARE WITH HIM AND THE FAMILY DURING THIS VERY SAD AND DIFFICULT TIME.
