Judith Ann Martin

Judith was predeceased by her father, William Patchell, mother, Josephine Patchell and sister, Denise Patchell Olson.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Richard Martin, brother, William Patchell, sister, Susan Vuono (Patchell) and husband Joe, brother, Robert Patchell and wife Linda, son, Paul Martin and wife Teresa, Daughter, Karen Ritzenthaler (Martin) and husband Thomas, grandsons, Connor Martin and Jack Ritzenthaler, and many nieces and nephews.

Judith was born in the Bronx, NY and later moved to Stony Brook where she worked as a Social Studies teacher for middle schoolers. She was a dedicated Coach mostly for the tennis team winning many County Championships. She was Teacher of the Year and Coach of the year.

She was an avid reader, crossword puzzler, tennis and golf enthusiast. She loved spending time with her family especially her beloved grandsons and family pets.

A Memorial Service will be held at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church, 2555 NE Savannah Rd, Jensen Beach, FL on Monday September 23, 2024, at 10:30 am.
