He was born June 13, 1957 in Cleveland, OH, a son of Robert S. Harvilla Sr. and Neva McMinn Harvilla of Clarksville, formerly of Mather.
Mr. Harvilla had attended Jefferson-Morgan High School and lived in several places around the United States.
He enjoyed horse racing and playing cards.
Surviving in addition to his parents are two brothers, Robert S. Harvilla Jr. ( Barbara) of Medina, OH and Roger A. Harvilla (Dee) of Clarksville; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
