He was born January 28, 1956 in Waynesburg, a son of the late Robert D. and Ann Ellenberger Latta.
Bob was a 1975 graduate of Jefferson-Morgan High School.
He owned and operated Puffy’s Sports Bar in Clarksville.
Bob was a life member of the Rices Landing Athletic Club, a member of the National GTO Club. He was a member of the Jefferson-Morgan High School championship teams of 1974 and 1975, and recognized into the Western PA Football Hall of Fame with those teams.
Surviving is a sister, Rose Ann Latta of Orlando, FL.
