She was born August 24, 1963 in Washington, a daughter of the late William and Dorothy Tucker Patterson.
Patti was a 1981 graduate of Trinity High School.
She had worked for over 10 years at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home, where she loved making the residents smile, which included dressing up like Santa’s elf and the Easter Bunny.
Patti was an angel here on earth. She touched countless people’s lives with her genuine personality and her generosity. Patti was always smiling and laughing, and her sense of humor was like no others. She was a stay-at-home mother for her three girls until they were in high school. She was very involved in her daughters’ cheerleading activities and never missed a practice, track meet, PTA meeting, girl scout meeting, and many of her daughters’ other activities. She was the most loving mother and her daughters’ best friend. She enjoyed life immensely with her loving husband of 32 years, Gregg, whether they were watching “Cops” and eating nachos with the dogs or riding the four wheelers.
Patti had many friends, was always having dinners out with the girls and possibly some Margaritas and dancing to Prince. She started working at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home in 2005, was perfect for the Activities Department and loved her job, and the residents and staff loved her so much. Patti had such a warm heart, and was especially compassionate to the elderly. When she became ill, she wanted to make sure that Rolling Meadows was where she would go. She knew they would take tremendous care of her and missed seeing them daily at work. Her coworkers were always visiting her room, kissing her, painting her nails, or just catching her up on the gossip. Patti will be greatly missed by her family, friends, dogs, and everyone who she’s ever came across. She’s now walking the streets of heaven, healthy and whole again, laughing with her parents. She will forever be our Angel. A special thanks to the wonderful, loving staff of Rolling Meadows who always took tremendous care of Patti.
On October 9, 1982 she married Gregg A. Wolf, who survives.
Also surviving are her three daughters, Emily Wolf of Pittsburgh, Abbey Wolf of Waynesburg, and Sarah Wolf of Waynesburg; two sisters, Carol Dipiazza of Monessen and Donna Phillips of Washington.
Family and friends will gather at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 1, 2016 at the Jefferson Volunteer Fire Company, 1483 Jefferson Rd., Jefferson, PA 15344, for a celebration of life service followed by a meal. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Behm Funeral Home, 1477 Jefferson Rd., Jefferson, PA 15344, Gregory P. Rohanna, supervisor. Condolences may be expressed online at www.behm-funeralhomes.com.
