Nathan M. Edwards

He was born July 18, 1991 in Columbus, OH, a son of Susan Cobert and Rod Edwards.

Mr. Edwards was a supervisor at Choice Metals.

He had formerly lived in Rices Landing and was a social member of the Rices Landing American Legion Post #816.

On January 11, 2014 he married Julia Guthrie, who survives.

Also surviving are his mother and step-father, Susan and Alan Smith of Rices Landing; his father and step-mother, Rod and Sandy Edwards of Longs, SC; three brothers, Ryan A. Edwards of Rices Landing, Brendon M. Edwards of Rices Landing and Jason A. Smith of Waynesburg; maternal grandparents, Garry and Pat Cobert of Rices Landing; paternal grandmother, Evelynn Edwards of Carmichaels; father-in-law, Russell Guthrie of Jefferson; mother-in-law, Lari Guthrie of Carmichaels; brother-in-law, Jacob Guthrie of Jefferson; grandparents-in-law, Julian and Beverly Guthrie of Jefferson and Carol Ewart of Jefferson.

Deceased is a sister, Allison Edwards and paternal grandfather, Randolph Edwards.

Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, June 10, 2014 in the Behm Funeral Homes, Inc., 1477 Jefferson Road, Jefferson, PA 15344, Gregory P. Rohanna, supervisor. Services will be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., at the Greene Valley Church of God, 558 Crucible Rd., Rices Landing, PA 15357, with the Rev. Jeff Hathaway officiating.
