Clyde D. Whoolery

He was born January 10, 1935 in Jefferson, a son of the late William Oliver Whoolery and Rebecca Marie Rogers Whoolery.

On April 11, 1986 he married Nelda R. Six Whoolery who survives.

Mr. Whoolery was a retired horse trainer at The Meadows. He had also worked as a machinist for several local companies.

He served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.

Surviving in addition to his wife are 3 children, Cathy Tuttle (Steve) of Moreno Valley, CA, Clyde D. Whoolery (Amy) of Acadia CA, and William D. Whoolery (Erin) of Covina, CA; 6 grandchildren; two step-children, Richard Herrick (Mary) of Rogersville and Tina Acree (Tim) of Kentucky; 5 step-grandchildren; one brother, Glen Whoolery of Jefferson; two sisters, Wilda Kiger of Waynesburg and Shirley Brown of Riverside, CA; and many nieces and nephews; great- nieces and great-nephews.
