She was born November 8, 1924 in West Virginia, a daughter of the late John and Mable Steinkirchner Folman.
Betty was a seamstress for her husband's clothing cleaning business, Collage Cleaners in West Brownsville.
Her husband, Frank Collage died in 2005.
She is survived by her brother, Robert Folman of Millsboro; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Deceased are siblings, Joseph Folman, William Folman, Charles Folman, Roseann Hess, Mary Lou Amborski, Kathryn Morford, and Dorothy Scarso.
