Jimmy Clarence Lawson

Family will be receiving friends on Wednesday, December 4, 2019, from 6 until 8 p.m., at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Service will be held Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 10 a.m., in the Kilgore-Green chapel, burial at New Hope Cemetery- Sipsey. Wayne Williams will officiate.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tammy Lawson Harris; grandchild, Christopher Wayne Harris; great grandchild, Mabry “Jadee” Fowler; parents, George and Dora E. Lawson; siblings, L.V. “Red” Lawson, Eulas Lawson, J.A. Lawson, Manlenne Allred, Jerry Lawson, Pauline Lawson, Herschel Lee Lawson; grandparents, Charlie and Mary Lenni Light; and in-laws, Jessie Dill, Joe Paul Dill and Billy Ray Dill.

He was survived by his wife, Barbara E. Lawson; children, Melissa Pearson (Joseph), Jimmy “Butch” Lawson (Lynn), Sharon Wilson (Nick), Robin Odom (Steve); grandchildren, Tiffany Fowler (Jon), Jenny Kitts (Tyler), Jered James (Stephanie), Kayla Watkins (Stephen), Tim Lawson (Courtney), Steven Odom; great grandchildren, Clair Fowler, Ele Fowler, Anna James, Kamden James, Bristol James, Jayce Odom and Fisher Lawson; siblings, Evelyn Aaron, Ruth Wade and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Steve Odom and Joseph Pearson. Pallbearers will be Butch Lawson, Tim Lawson, Jered James, Steven Odom, Nick Wilson and Jon Fowler.
