Helen Delores Mathis Snow, 84, of Nauvoo, passed away Thursday, Feb. 5, 2015, at her residence. Visitation will be held Sunday, Feb. 8, 2015, from noon until 2 p.m. at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Sunday, Feb. 8, 2015, at 2 p.m. in the Kilgore-Green Chapel, with burial at Pleasant Grove Cemetery near Grace Chapel. Howard Thompson and Delmus Anthony will officiate. Snow was preceded in death by her daughter, Janice Whittaker; parents, Jack Mathis Sr. and Eliza Jane Mathis; brother, Jack Mathis Jr. (Helen); and sister, Joyce Sweeney. She is survived by her husband, Willie Snow; daughters, Deborah Snow and Cynthia Snow; sisters, Reba Durbin (Delbert) and Betty Mathis; special niece, Tonya Pearson; brother, Jim Mathis; and brother-in-law, Charles Sweeney.
