Doyle Ray Piper, 83, of Jasper, passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at his residence.
Family will be receiving friends on Sunday, July 17, 2022, from 12:30 until 2 p.m., at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Service will follow at 2 p.m., in the Kilgore-Green Chapel, with burial at Bennett Cemetery. The Rev. Jerry Key and Billy Sloan will officiate.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Everett and Eula Piper; sister, Faye Cheatham; grandparents, James “Hughie” and Mary Francis Piper and James William and Mattie Pate; father- in-law, James Norris and mother-in-law, Ellene Norris.
He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley Piper; daughters, Angela Piper and Judy Piper; grandchildren, Savannah Scott (Justin), Kevin Honeycutt and Jake Honeycutt and a host of other relatives and friends.
