Family will be receiving friends on Monday, September 30, 2024, from 10 until 11 a.m., at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Service will follow at 11 a.m., in the Kilgore-Green Chapel, with burial at New Prospect Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Renee Trimm; parents, Homer and Leva Rutherford; sisters, Louise Bradford, Earlene Kennedy, Edna Bradford and brother, James Rutherford.
He is survived by his sons, Russell Rutherford, Todd Rutherford, Robert Rutherford and James Rutherford (Janine); six grandchildren; sister, Brenda Nagel and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
