Betty Sue Bull

Betty Sue Bull, 94, of Jasper, passed away Friday, February, 23, 2024, at home. Family will receive friends Monday, February 26, 2024, from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Service will follow at 2:30 p.m. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Vance Hutton and Levi Sides will officiate.

Betty was born in Tishomingo, MS, and grew up in Haleyville, AL. She established Bull Building Supply Inc. with her husband, J.C. Bull in 1963.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, J. C. Bull and her second husband, Franklin Dee Lee; parents, Franklin and Eula Bruton; and sister, Frankie R. Hyatt (Harlon).

She is survived by her children, Edward Joseph Bull (Nita), and Robert Kent Bull (Darlene); grandchildren, Bethany Freeman Bull Underwood (Robert), Kasey Mackenzie Bull Colvin (John), Robert Chadwick Bull (Jessica), and Holli Williams Bull Sandlin (Brandon); great grandchildren, Caroline Belle Underwood, Hudson Joseph Underwood, Mary Mackenzie Colvin, John Walton Colvin Jr., Allie Katherine Bull, Emery Elise Sandlin, and Reagan Faith Bull; brother, Robert A. Bruton (Mavis); and a host of family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to 6th Avenue Church of Christ Monday Meals or Walker Area Community Foundation.
