Noah Dean Cook, 23 months, died Thursday, August 27, 2015 at UNC Chapel Hill.
A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, September 3, 2015 at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel, Jacksonville at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Kenneth Allen officiating.
He is survived by his parents: Yesmon Cook and Gracie Williams of Midway Park; grandparents: Sandra Williams and Alfred Eisenhardt of Midway Park, Janice Cook of Jacksonville, Larry Cook of Fayetteville.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. prior to the service on Thursday.
