Maurice Junior Cook

He was preceded in death by his brother Bevan Cook and his sister Betty March.

Maurice is survived by his wife Ellen Cook of the home, sons Dwight Eugene Cook (Cindy Wood Cook), Michael Dennis Cook, and Brian David Cook and (friend Tamara McCoy) all of Jacksonville, and his brothers Donald Cook (Edith) of Dubuque, IA and Gary W. Cook (Carrie) of Loves Park, Il.

A visitation for Maurice will be held on Friday at Johnson Funeral Home of Jacksonville from 6-8 PM. There will be a graveside service on Saturday afternoon at 1PM at the Gurganus – Pearce family cemetery.
