He is survived by his wife Cheryl A. Kardos of the home, daughter Andrea Kardos Tones of FL, brother Richard Andrew Kardos of CT, and 2 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Johnson Funeral Home of Jacksonville on Thursday at 1 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his wife, Cheryl.
