Frances is survived by her sons, Frankie Millis of Enid, OK and Wayne Millis of Fayetteville, NC, her sister Sadie Duke of Sneads Ferry, 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
A visitation for Frances will be held at Johnson Funeral Home of Jacksonville on Thursday from 12 PM to 1 PM, and a service for Frances will be held after visitation at 1 PM also at Johnson Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service at Onslow Memorial Park of Jacksonville.
