Eteuati Taula

Mr. Eteuati Taula, 69 of Jacksonville, NC died May 23, 2020 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. Mr. Taula was a retired Senior Chief Petty Officer in the United States Navy serviing 28 years. Mr. Taula was the son of the late Peleuila Maiava and Fa'apogai Numera.

He is preceded in death by a brother, Teutusi Numera Jr. and his grandparents, Lipoi Toese and Atmalala Taula He survived by a son, Eteuati Taula Jr., two daughters, Amanda Malidore and Alberta Taula. Brothers: Toese Taula, Amotasi Numera, Fiaumi Taula, Itielu Numera, Aluese Numera, Aga'e Maiava and Penailoaoeisaua Maiava. Three sisters, Vaipunalagi Numera, Levelevei Ilimaleota and Lupelele Maiava. Four grandchildren, Kayla Malidore, Christopher Malidore Jr., Eteuati Taula III, Talia Taula.

A public viewing will be held at Johnson Funeral Home Monday June 1, 2020 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm. A memorial service will be held at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel Tuesday June 2, 2020 at 2:00pm
