BROWN Sr, Tom, 61, passed away Sunday April 12, 2015 in Jacksonville, FL He was born March 25, 1954 in Mobile, Alabama to Glen and Jewel (Goodwin) Brown. He was preceded in death by his father Glen Brown, his mother Jewel Cooley, one brother J.R. Cooley, and one sister Wanda Talley. Tom was an avid football fan and loved to follow the Gators and Jaguars. He was also a baseball fan and a racing fan where he followed Tony Stewart. He will be missed dearly by his sons Joe Brown(Brenda) and Willie T. Brown Jr.; Stepfather Francis Cooley; brother Daniel Brown(Candi); sisters Pat Underwood, Donna Bennett (Randy),and Fran Alford (Steve); sister-in-law Michelle Cooley; grandsons Austin Brown and Brendon Brown; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends and family 2:00-3:00 pm Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205, www.townandcountryfuneralhome.com . Funeral services will follow the visitation at 3:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow services at Riverside Memorial Park.
