Virginia “Ginny” Rene Parker, 42, passed away on Tuesday August 3, 2021 in Jacksonville, FL. Ginny was born on May 21, 1979 in Fayetteville, NC to Charles Otis Hester and Deborah Wyngaert Hester. She was a graduate of Southview High School in Saw Mills, NC where she grew up.
She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend.
Ginny was predeceased by her sister Wendy Malone. Survivors include her husband John E. Parker; daughters, Savanna, Madison and Caroline Parker; son, Jordon Parker; mother, Deborah Gronseth (Terry); father, Charles Otis Hester; brothers Chad and Devon Hester; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be held at a later date in North Carolina.
