Chuck is predeceased by his father, Victor C. Smith, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Annette; son, Charles B. Smith; mother, Ann Macy Crowder; brother, William G. “Fritz” Smith (Angie); and sisters Macy Ann Kirkland (Joe) and Maureen Crowder.
Chuck was a loving husband, father and brother. He loved to hunt and fish and cars.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, February 23, 2018 in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin. The Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 24, 2018 in Julington Creek Cemetery, 5251 Race Track Rd, Saint Johns, Florida. Family and Friends are invited to gather afterwards at the home of Dillon and Lillian Stratton 7653 Bayard Blvd, Bayard, Florida 32256.
