Thomas “Tom” David Ford passed away on May 23, 2024 in Jacksonville, Florida at the age of 56. Tom was born on August 1, 1967 in Miami, Florida and moved to Jacksonville with his family at a very young age.
Tom was preceded in death by his mother, Lillian (Morgan), his father, Douglas "Doug," and his brothers, James "Jim" and Steven "Steve" (Sandy). He is survived by his beloved niece, Tara Lynn Ford, his sister-in-law, Sandy, and his caregivers, Osborn Murray Jr. and Tanya Haywood, who he loved and cherished.
Tom was a bright light in the lives of the people who knew and loved him. He will be dearly missed and forever loved.
Celebration of Life Services will be held Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at 10:30 AM, at Hardage Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home 7242 Normandy Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32205. Reception immediately following.
