Thomas was born in Brooklyn, NY to Francis Joseph Carniaux and Anita Mega-Carniaux on September 20, 1937. He married Carol Ann Arnsperger and they divorced after 27 years. He married Deborah Smith on November 30, 1996 in Manatee County, FL. He worked as a Handyman and Courier for Barnes-Walker for many years. He was a very proud Navy Veteran.
Thomas is preceded in death by his parents, and his siblings, John Carniaux and Anita DiFede and Carol Ann Carniaux and Deborah Smith-Carniaux.
Thomas is survived by Daughters, Karen Simmons (Jeptha), Linda Ballard, Barbara Mckee (Dan) and Step son Eric Smith (Andrea). He has 9 Grandchildren, Allison Hansen, Colton McKee(Gabby), Mckinleigh Ballard-Ferreiro (Marcos), Noah McKee (Natalie), Valerie Castaneda (Kevin), Olivia Ballard, Ryan Smith, Kayla Smith and Jordyn Smith and 10 Great Grandchildren, Kailyn, Caden, and Brooklyn Hansen, Penelope, Amelia, Maverick, and Walker McKee, James Rogers & Rose Castaneda, Lorenzo McKee and many nieces and nephews.
Thomas was always the life of the party. Always wore a smile on his face and loved his kids and grandchildren very much. And was loved by everyone who was a part of his life.
Cremation arrangements are by Harden-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home & Memory Gardens.
There will be no services at this time.
Memorials may be given to The American Heart Association in his name.
