Teresa Lynn Swagerty
Teresa Lynn Swagerty, age46, passed away on August 9, 2014 at Community Hospice Center.
She was born in Okeechobee , FL and moved to Jacksonville 27 years ago.
She will be greatly missed by her husband Timothy Swagerty of Jacksonville, two daughters Kristen S Combs “Joshua”, and Amanda N Swagerty both of Jacksonville. Her six Sisters Brenda davis “James” of Lake City, FL, Tammy Jernigan “Jose” of Albany, GA, Lisa Mullens, Amanda and Kayla Register and Kimberly Woodruff “Steven” Register all of Okeechobee, FL. She also leaves four grandchildren Kadin, Tristen, Karissa Combs and Joshua Jolly.
Services were held on Saturday August 16 at the Nikki Swagerty residence at 1:00 PM.
