Teresa Lee Taylor Kelley went to her heavenly home on September 12, 2019 at the age of 78 years. She was born in Alma, GA on October 21, 1940 to Albert and Penelope Taylor. She was one of 11 children. As a proper young lady, she was known as the prettiest girl in school (as heard from several reliable sources), and for being as sweet as pie!
Teresa was a faithful homemaker for many years. Afterwards she worked for Revlon Corporation and later Johnson & Johnson.
Teresa loved traveling and enjoyed spending time with her family. She enjoyed hosting holiday gatherings, especially Christmas. She loved giving to her many grand and great-grandchildren and beamed with pride at their many accomplishments. She loved having weekly dinners with her best friend, Carol Garrett. She met for lively gatherings with her brothers and sisters in Southern Georgia on many happy occasions.
She is survived by her sister Christine Hardaway, brothers W.A. Taylor (Jerri) and Larry Taylor, children James Kelley, Jr. (Edie), Steve Kelley, David Kelley (Nancy), Kimberly Bitcon (Rowland), Ann Kelley, Timothy Kelley (Ilona), Cliff Kelley, grandchildren Laurie Kelley, Doug Kelley (Bridgett), Sarah Kelley, Natalie Poma (Antonino), Nathan Bitcon, Bryan Kelley, William Kelley, Joshua Kelley, Garrett Kelley, Brandon Kelley, Patrick Kelley, Casey Kelley, great-grandchildren Taylor, Carter,Caylin, Mason and Celesta Kelley.
There will be a private graveside service for the family at Jacksonville Memory Gardens on Saturday, September 21, beginning at 10:30 A.M.
