Sonia E. Reyes

Sonia E. Reyes, 50, of Jacksonville, Florida graduated to Heaven Wednesday, January 30, 2019. She was born in Manhattan, New York on May 14, 1968. Sonia’s career was in the mortgage field, and she worked for several prominent Jacksonville companies, including Green Tree, Everbank, and Ditech. She loved reading and writing and had a passion for design. Sonia was also known for posting motivational quotes every day, and was the most happy and positive person her friends and family knew. She loved her family so much, and her children and grandchildren meant the world to her. Sonia is so dearly loved, and she will be greatly missed.

Sonia is survived by her mother, Enoemi Santos, her daughters, Victoria Poage and Miracle Reyes, her son, Yormajesty Norris, and her grandchildren, Adora Thomas, Daliza Poage, Destina Poage, Darrel Poage III, and Deziah Poage. She is also survived by her brothers, Luis Alfredo Hernandez and Carlos Adrian Hernandez.

A Visitation will be held from 6:00pm-8:00pm Friday, February 8, 2019 and will be held at Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St. Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL 32225. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Chapel Hills Funeral Home, and will be followed by the Graveside Service at 12:30pm at Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32207. Family and Friends are invited back to Chapel Hills Funeral Home at 1:30pm for a Reception.
