Sheila Sue Harrell

Sheila Sue Harrell, 62, of Jacksonville passed away on Monday, August 4, 2014 after a long battle with cancer. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Henry, sons Tony (Michelle), Kenneth and Henry. Sister Pat and brothers Randy, Terry and Kenny, grandchildren Carley, Brandon, Autumn, great grandchild Alexis Hayes and step-granddaughters Julieanne and Celeste. Sheila was predeceased by her parents Robert and Betty Wells and brother Guy. Sheila love traveling, fishing and camping, her family and especially her grandchildren. She was like Dear Abby to her coworkers who were always seeking her wisdom and insight. Sheila was an excellent cook and always made full meals at every meal. Another of her favorite things was taking cruises with her group of girlfriends. She loved her job in accounts payable at Everbank and was always looking forward to returning to work. Henry and Sheila met in the third grade and would have celebrated their forty fifth wedding anniversary on August 15, 2014. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 8, 2014 from 6:00 – 8:00pm at Hardage Giddens Town and Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205 (904) 781-9262.
