Sarah Anita Jones passed away Thursday, September 24, 2015 in Jacksonville, FL after a long illness. She was a devoted Mother and Grandmother and loved by friends. Anita is survived by one sister Sandria Conway, one brother Richard Flowers Jr., one daughter Debra McSwain, one son Eddie and wife Barbara Lamb, three grandchildren Angelia McSwain Coleman, Tracie Lamb, Trey Lamb and one great-grandchild Allie Rowland. A visitation for friends will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 from 6-8pm in the chapel at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205. Funeral services to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at 10am in the chapel with interment at Riverside Memorial Park.
