Sandy was predeceased by her son Mark.
She is survived by her loving husband, Daniel, Daughter-in-law, Lisa, Granddaughters, Peyton and Kennedy, Sisters, Susan, Pamela and Kathleen, and brothers, Michael and Timothy.
Services will be held in her honor on Wednesday, October 9th at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church, 1773 Blanding Blvd, beginning with a visitation at 9:00 A.M., followed by a Celebration of Life at 10:00 A.M. A committal service will follow at Jacksonville National Cemetery at 12:30 P.M.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Northeast Florida.
Hardage-Giddens Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home is serving the family.
