Sandra Elaine Davis Hazouri, age 72 died February 16th in Community Hospice on Sunbeam Road. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida on December 21, 1951. She is survived by her husband, Robert E Hazouri and sister, Martha Rogers (Ron) , two stepsons, Robert Eugene Hazouri (Kim) and Ernest James Hazouri (Lisa) as well as five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Sandra graduated from High School in Jacksonville Florida and received her AA from FSCJ and attended Southeastern University. She worked at State Farm Insurance Company and later retired from the City of Jacksonville. She attended Southside Assembly of God for many years and attended Hogan Baptist Church.
She is predeceased by her mother and father, Louella Baker Davis and Charlie Thomas Davis as well as her brother, Charlie Thomas Davis Jr. (Tommy).
A visitation for Sandra will be held Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 11:00 am and services will follow at 12:00pm at Hardage-Giddens Oaklawn Legacy Lodge, 4801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, Fl 32207. Interment will follow Oaklawn Cemetery. The Reverend Terry Gore officiating.
