

Everyone who knew Rose loved and cherished her. The sun shined brighter every time she entered a room. Rose was a citizen of the world, a traveler, adventurer and “rescuer”. She always made time for everyone who crossed her path and always with a kind word and gentle touch. She will be remembered by so many as beautiful and smart, gregarious and charismatic, and is so very much loved by family and hundreds of friends. With her passing, Rose leaves a huge hole in every one’s hearts.
Rose leaves behind her devoted Life Partner and Best Friend, David Louis Ruscitto; beautiful, loving children, Alexa Marie (14), Maria Elizabeth (10) and Michael Albert (9). Preceded in death by her parents, James and Jennie (nee Coreno), and brothers, Jim “Beemo” and John. She also leaves behind sisters by birth, Mary (Mark Unick), Laura (Mark) Dabkowski and Chris (Kurt Rogers); family by love/marriage, Albert and the late Ida (nee Briganti) Ruscitto, Cheryl (Todd) Gorham, Michael, Albert, Chris (Tara) and Sandy (Bob) Ingram; nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will gather on Saturday, June 6 from 11 a.m. until time of memorial service at 11:30 a.m. in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin. Immediately following the service, the family is hosting a reception in Celebration of Rose’s life. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation at TNBCfoundation.org.
