Rose Bailey Osborne

Rose Bailey Osborne, age 90 of Saint Johns, FL, passed away on September 2, 2022. She was born on December 6, 1931 to Ray W. Bailey and Eleanor V. Cloutier-Bailey. She married Floyd S. Osborne in March of 1969. She worked for Standard Oil Co. for many years, and then worked for and retired from JEA. She enjoyed ceramic doll making, bird watching and gardening.

Rose is survived by son Steven D. Pulley and Dana C. Pulley; sister Eleanor Griffin; sister Veronica Henry and Rob Henry; two grandsons; granddaughter-in-law Elizabeth Godwin; great-grandson John Pulley, Jr.; honorary great-grandson Adam Godwin; honorary great-granddaughter Rosie Godwin; honorary great-granddaughter Becca Godwin; various nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death are her parents Ray W. Bailey, Sr. and Eleanor V. Cloutier Bailey; sister Juanita Rabenold; brother Ray W. Bailey, Jr.; brother Robert R. Bailey; brother Richard C. Bailey; husband Floyd S. Osborne and son Darrell R. Pulley.

A visitation for Rose will be held Wednesday, September 7, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, September 7, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205. A committal service will occur Wednesday, September 7, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
