Ronnie Dickerson of Starke, FL passed away on August 20, 2022 at the age of 69. He was born in Baxley, GA on October 19, 1952 to Clyde Dickerson and Eloise Mincey Dickerson. He married Sue Tate Dickerson on September 30, 1989. Ronnie worked for 40 years in the industrial refrigeration industry and was a tremendous fan of camping and car racing. He also was a member of the 1st Baptist Church of Maxville.
Ronnie was survived by Sue Dickerson, his wife of almost 33 years; daughter Melanie Cooper (David); grandson Joseph Hunter (Lauren); sisters Mary Lou John, Linda Gayle Hollenbeck (Brad) and Verleen Clinton; brothers Toby Dickerson, Mike Dickerson and Raymond Dickerson (Betty).
Preceded in death by his parents Clyde and Eloise Dickerson; brother James Dickerson and sister Juanita Dickerson.
A visitation for Ronnie will be held Wednesday, August 24, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205. A funeral service will occur Thursday, August 25, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home.
