My heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with you all.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all of Ron's family and close friends. We have been friends with Ron and Dawn for at least 4 years. I will miss calling their house only to have Ron answer the phone with "Al's Pizza, We have several specials tonight."
Ron always wanted to know how we were doing and how the kids were doing. A simple "Fine" was not enough; he wanted details and he listened as if he really cared- because he did. We spent many nights together at our community club, local restaurants and in each others homes. We will miss our friend and his many stories. In recent years, as his health began to fail, Dawn was a 5 star care giver, going above and beyond imagination to make sure he was safe, comfortable and able to enjoy life as full as possible. She not only made sure he followed the guidelines of his rigid diet, she prepared each meal from scratch and turned simple ingredients into gourmet dishes. I'm sure her love and care for him and the love for and from his children and grandchildren extended his life longer than expected. He was so proud of his children and grandchildren. Saddened by passing of CHC classmate: Ron Rose.  Before Calvert Hall,  Ron  and I Played CYO Basketball againist each other.  He played for St. Agnes and I played for: St Jane Frances, from Anne Arundel County, Maryland.  When we entered CHC, we renewed our friendship established on the B/ball court, years 1957,58 & 59. Ron was a great friend & Classmate.  Yes, he always had a story to tell, was upbeat and very likeable!  Spoke w/him @ our 50th reunion.  He invited me down to Florida for Golf, (open invitation). We did speak on the phone, after 50th.  Our CHC years were 1959 thru 1963.  We were the last Freshman class from the  "Old Hall", Cathedral & Mulberry.  Ron, My Friend: REST IN PEACE...............

So many great memories, over 30 year+ friendship.
